Transfer to or from La Fortuna (taxi / boat / taxi) - The ride taxi-boat-taxi combination: Truly the fastest way to get to or come from La Fortuna in 2 ½ - 3 hours! A taxi will take you down to Lake Arenal where a boat is waiting to take you across the lake. A cab picks you up on the other side to take you to the center or the hotel of your choice. US$ 21 per person, extra US$ 20 if you go to or come from the Observatory Lodge. From Santa Elena to La Fortuna: Pick up at 8.00 a.m. - from La Fortuna to Santa Elena: Pick up at 8.30 a.m. Also available at 2:00 pm from Monteverde or 2:30 pm from La Fortuna.
 
Private Transport: For our transfers we provide a comfortable mini bus with air conditioning and plenty of space.  All vehicles are fully insured.  All transportation is door to door.  You are free to make stops along the route to see attractions, eat or use restrooms.  The pick up time of the transfer can be at any hour.  If you don't want the hassle of driving your own car and have limited time to explore Costa Rica this may be a great option for you.  Quick and easy transfers to and from the Arco Iris hotel.
